Understanding limits
Repository limit
The maximum number of GitHub repositories you can connect to PromptDeploy. Disconnecting a repository frees up a slot.
Seat limit
The maximum number of team members across all roles (admins, developers, and editors). If you've reached the limit, you can either upgrade or remove an existing member.
Signal limit
The maximum number of quality signals you can send via the API per calendar month. The counter resets on the first of each month (UTC). When the limit is reached, the signals endpoint returns a 429 error. Other API endpoints continue to work normally.
Managing your subscription
- Go to Billing in the PromptDeploy dashboard
- Click Manage subscription to access the Stripe customer portal
- From there you can upgrade, downgrade, update payment methods, or view invoices
What happens when you downgrade
If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits:
- Repositories: existing connections remain active, but you can't connect new repos until you're under the limit
- Seats: existing members retain access, but you can't invite new members until you're under the limit
- Signals: the new limit applies immediately for the current month
No data is deleted when you downgrade.
